The 2009 ICORN General Assembly in Barcelona is the fourth assembly since the network was established in December 2005, and the last one in the "old" regime of its organisation. It is for this fourth ICORN General Assembly to approve of and decide upon a new organisational model suggested to take officially effect from January 1 2010. This year, the General Assembly is hosted by The Catalan PEN, who, in addition to the assembly procedings, have organised an evening program consisting of a broad and interesting range of literary events.
