An exhibition for the right to freedom of expression, for freedom of
the word and creativity.
The exhibition is showing emblematic cases of persecution and murder;
persons who have become symbols for freedom of expression but also
current cases of persecution and harassment. The centre of the
exhibition are portraits of authors who have found refuge in various
cities of Europe. The exhibition was prepared for the cultural festival
Kosmòpolis in Barcelona (in a Catalan version), at the Gotenborg Book
Fair – and in the International Centre of the Frankfurt Book Fair 2008.
