Shahrazad - Stories for life

Shahrazad, Jazzmontør, Stavanger Art Museum and artists Gil&Moti work with 90 students from Hetland High School.

In co-operation with Stavanger Art Museum, artists Gil & Moti and instructors from Jazzmontør, Shahrazad facilitated a digital stories workshop allowing 90 high school students to spend two days writing and making films about their encounter with contemporary art.

Exhibition.
Young people from Brussels tell short stories about issues of their concern.
In workshops they make films of 1 or 2 minutes. This is a first exhibition of their work.

This digital story was created by Jens during a workshop at Bergeland High School in Stavanger in 2009.

Between the 4th and the 8th of October, we will be working with 1231 students schools across Norfolk to deliver creative writing sessions that explore issues faced by asylum seekers and refugees.
